Requests

Some agencies book on request: they ask, and you decide. Their requests take no cabins until you accept.
Each request shows the agency, the sailing, the cabins and occupancy, the price, and time left before the deadline. The deadline is the agency's contract (6 hours by default) plus a short grace period. The most urgent requests come first. A request turns red in its last two hours.
Your three answers
- Accept: the cabins are taken and the booking is confirmed. If the cabins are gone by now, Riverdesk says so and you can offer another date instead.
- Offer another sailing: choose a sailing with room. The agency has 48 hours (a company setting) to accept. The request shows Alternative offered meanwhile.
- Decline: give a reason. The agency sees it.
The agency is told of your answer at once: in their system if they are connected, otherwise when they check.
If you do not answer in time, the request expires and the agency is told. Try never to let that happen: request response times appear on the Pilot dashboard.
