For agencies and channels
Riverdesk lets a cruise company sell through travel agencies and online platforms without losing control of its cabins.
Every channel on its own contract
Shared inventory
The agency sells from the vessel's free cabins, up to an optional visible cap.
Allotments
Cabins set aside for one agency on chosen departures; unused ones return to general sale a set number of days before departure.
On request
The agency asks, the office answers within the agreed time — accept, decline or offer another date.
Payment the way you agreed
- •The channel collects from the guest and settles with you
- •The guest prepays you: the booking waits for its deposit
- •On credit, up to the agency's limit
The Channel API
Online platforms connect through a documented REST API with OAuth client credentials. Availability and prices are live; holds expire on their own; bookings, guest changes, amendments and cancellations follow the same rules as the office. Every change is sent as a signed webhook, in order, and retried until delivered. A sandbox company is available for testing.
- ✓Live availability and quotes
- ✓Holds, confirmations and requests
- ✓Amendments with the price and fee first
- ✓Signed webhooks and an event feed
- ✓Idempotent requests — safe to retry
- ✓Sandbox for testing
